Justice vs. Arrogance

Judge Berman is committed to Justice - Goodell is "generally aware" of it.
I'm proud of justice prevailing in this case.
Berman was easily able to determine the party at fault.
He conducted this appeal in a way that reveals the illegality of the NFL's case.
He then ruled very carefully in a way that leaves no chance for an NFL appeal to prevail.
Kudos to Judge Berman!!!!!

Fuck justice, this was common sense. The judge is not going to play along with a shoddy investigation and reporting procedure, no matter who did it, not even the great NFL commish.

True but that is another conversation. Goodell failed because he got high-strung on his mighty NFL horse and did not evaluate possible scenarios. Similar to what Brady did, pure arrogance. Difference is that Brady was smart enough to get the best legal advice; Goodell winged it.
