He was a whole lot better than the guy for GB
Rodgers hasn't looked anything like the guy who once the highest passer rating in the NFL. Maybe all those injuries have finally taken a toll on him.

I'm just tired of this. The reporters trying to ask defensive players now their thoughts? Let's see if Romo gets healthy and let's see if Dak is still playing well and not injured when/if he does. These things have a way of working themselves out. Right now it is just a distraction from 5-1 IMO. I take things game to game and would be surprised if Romo 100% against Philly anyway, so it's at least a week beyond that for me to waste time on...

As you say, things have a way of working themselves out. I do however believe Romo wont be ready to practice for another couple weeks and wont be declared game ready until week 9-10. If and when that happens I hope both Dak and Tony stay healthy and we don't ever have to count on Capt butt fumble to win us any games.

Yes really. He played better vs Cincy, Chicago, Washington IMO

Cincy was a home game and Chicago and Washington I don't consider playoff caliber teams at this point, but dude just went to Lambeau in front of that crowd and threw 3 TD's and made some nice deep throws. He also helped bring home a win vs GB which has been a struggle. Id say that was pretty great, though he finally threw an Int and lost a fumble.

I agree man but that's why he wasn't great. If you ask me , he should be in the top 5 for MVP consideration right now. I know he doesn't have the stats of Ryan, Big Ben, Brees, etc , but he has played damn near flawless.

Washington has reeled off 4 straight they will be at least contending for the wild card.

I thought he was good yesterday. It's like some of you want me to dog the guy. He wasn't great because he left points on the field. He made great throws but also made bad ones. I have never seen a QB that is great every week

maybe if you played this like RJ Macready and less like starone.

cowboy fans should be fans of the laundry, not the individual numbers.

lots to still play....maybe you'll still be happy in the end

Asked if Prescott would remain the starter against the Eagles even if Romo was ready, Jones only said, ''I wouldn't say unequivocally anything other than we just beat the Green Bay Packers in Green Bay.''

Oh that Jerry. He's never had an opinion he can't change within a day or so...

While that may be true, it's a bit ridiculous that Jerry never gets an ounce of credit of how loyal he is to his best players. I just saw an article that had "Jerry's love affair with Romo" in the title.

"love affair"? ...Why, because Jerry dared to support his franchise QB of the last 9 or so seasons when his rookie QB was 4 & 1. It was 1000% the right thing for Jerry to do.

Could you imagine if Jerry jumped on the Dak ban wagon last week and named Dak the starter or hinted that he was leaning in that direction?

The rage would have broken the internet with Jerry being called the biggest scumbag in the history of professional sports. The sports writers who are all over Jerry now for not naming Dak the starter would be tripping over themselves with articles supporting Romo.

Jerry isn't the coach. He shouldn't comment on who will start
