This trade gave us an opportunity to turn two B-grade players into a potential A. when u get that chance I think you have to go for it. The only other way the raptors get a player with Gay's abilities if they draft and develop him.

I think we're selling high on Davis and Calderon, and buying low on Rudy Gay.

I am a little apprehensive that John Hollinger now works for the Grizzlies. That guy is smart (smarter than salesman at least) so I automatically feel like we lost the trade. But this is why you have cap space, to take advantage of other teams that don't.
