I used to like Smith, guy was funny and had some good takes.. Now he looks foolish when he trashes the Raiders like that.. I mean, the Raiders have young foundation players, 70M in CAP, TOP 5 pick, just hired one of the most respected coaches out there, who just hired one of the best OL coaches in the game, with an OC and DC still to come!! Mark Davis said, i will pay whatever it takes to get JDR the best coaching staff he can get.. He also just hired a VP as well.. The Arrow is pointing UP for the Raiders!!

I read somewhere, were it cost like 26M to franchise Suh?? I don't think the Lions could do that..
As much as i would like Suh, hes not the only DT out there.. Knighton is a FA as well, and tweeted, he wants to go where Del Rio is.. For the price of Suh, you could get Knighton and another top FA.. I think JPP will be on the Raiders radar as well.. Knighton, JPP, and Cobb\Maclin would be a big haul..
Still, Suh is a monster and would look sweet in Silver and Black..

UPDATE: ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reported that Eagles quarterbacks coach Bill Musgrave is a leading candidate for the job. Musgrave was the Raiders quarterbacks coach in 1997 and was Del Rio’s offensive coordinator for two years in Jacksonville. He has seven years of NFL experience as an offensive coordinator.

Well, what did we learn watching these playoff games?? Great coaching and playmakers WIN games..
The coaching is about covered!! Now we NEED to add more playmakers..
Cobb\Maclin would be nice for starters, then draft Cooper!! Draft Gurley in the 2nd.. Give Carr the tools he NEEDS to carry the team to the Playoffs.. On D?? either go HUGE on Suh, or Get say Knighton and JPP..
