Well, it looks like the Raider coaching staff is complete.. And i have to say, it looks good!!
Heck, on paper its the best looking staff we have had in YEARS!! 2 former HCs in JDR and Tice.. An OC that's bringing some Chip ball with him, a top of the line ST coach in Seeley, Franklin from the U to coach our DL.. And Ken Norton Jr as our DC!! KNJ has been with Pete Carrol for years, and coached one of the best Ds in the game!! The Raiders got a good staff!! Oh oh!! That could mean trouble for the AFC West!!
Let's see if JDR can get us Knighton and JT?? Or Musgrave telling Maclin?? Hey you want to ball with Sanchez or Carr!! KNJ recruiting some of those Seattle D FAs.. Franklin giving us the 411 on Perryman, who he coached!! Ya, im happy with this coaching staff!!

Now as far as the Coaching staff goes?? Its the best we have had in a long time.. Other than the Gruden coaching staff, which one would be better?? Again, everything is paper at this point, but that goes for every team in the league just not us..

I agree. Wasn't super jazzed about Norton as the DC, but he's better than our DC last season......I guess.

KNJ, comes from a great blood line, his players loved him and respected him.. Learned the game from one of the best coaches in football Pete Carroll.. Everybody said what a great hire he is for the Raiders.. Heck even the Seattle fan base was like, what a great hire he is for us.. Man, that guy guy can take Mack, SIO, BURRIS, and our draft pick at LB to new levels.. And remember we have one of the best D minded coaches in football as our HC, to teach KNJ the ropes!! We also have Franklin from the U to help out as well.. The Passion KNJ brings to the team, along with the other guys could put our D at a TOP 10 level..

Hey the Raiders played alot of close games, playing what could of been the hardest schedule in league history?? After having a coaching change Mid season, no run game etc!! This team will be well coached, now we need to add some key players!! And hit our draft out of the park!! Man im happy Reggie is making those draft picks, for sure.. If we can hit on 4 of those 7 picks?? Xmas!!
