I'd like to "predict" the records of the teams and what not but I'd like to avoid having to look at every single schedule individually. Is there a season predictor website or no?

I am sure there is a CBB version. I'd check 538. Not sure if that's precisely what you would like, but you can probably work with it.

Real time RPI predicts records based on who teams are supposed to beat and also takes into account road/home.

But it won't be of any use until at least January. How can you predict who will beat who until they've played some games?

If you're talking about a preseason predictor of who will make the torunament and seeds, then bracketology.
