I meant with respect to availability.
Ah yes...AC Green was an iron man for sure. Loved that guy.

And Mitch Kupchak. And Lou Mohs. And John Kundla. And Fred Schaus. And Pete Newell. And Bill Sharman.
Aw hell, it's almost like it's systemic!
When did I say they could? I said the Lakers are "the Lakers" -- that's explicitly a reference to the franchise.
That said, the Buss family has owned the franchise for 46 years now, and they do get credit for a lot of that history -- even though this generation are largely screw-ups, they are still "the regime".
You mean you seriously think someone would trade Anthony Davis at 31 straight up for a 25 year old Harden? Seriously? OK, like you said, no sense in debating itOkay, I thought you were being serious. Never mind, I will stop wasting my time on you now.
No way anybody would. You mean you seriously think someone would trade Anthony Davis at 31 straight up for a 25 year old Harden? Seriously? OK, like you said, no sense in debating it
Exactly. Two of the best passers in the game. And while on paper it doesn't look like it will work, it damn well might. Luka always attracts attention from 2-3 guys every time down court, as does LBJ. The Lakers are going to have a lot of other guys that will just need to be able to knock down wide open jumpersNow James and Doncic aren't good passers?
Cannot make this ish up, LOL.
Are you talking about when AD was in New Orleans and Harden was in Houston?
No, the Lakers outbid Boston. Davis said to anyone who would listen that he just wanted to win.Boston was ready to gut their entire core to get AD until he said he wanted Lakers.
AD was absolutely the most valuable trade asset in the league at that time before the trade demands.
(1)I'm not a fan of either player. Is quitting on a team better or worse than refusing to take your job sufficiently serious such that your team is forced to quit on you?
(2)I'm sure I never wrote that, and I'm not sure why you'd suggest it.
-->Is that better or worse than Doncic laying an egg in last year's first round against the Clippers, and needing to be bailed out by Irving?
I think people are seeing a lot more difference than actually exists between these two players.
If 1 of them isn't dealt for a big, Hachimura and Reaves have both turned into good 3 point shooters....Exactly. Two of the best passers in the game. That's a flat out lie. AD wanted the Lakers. No, the 32 year-old Davis that was just traded for 25 year-old Doncic -- which is exactly the opposite of the situation that some Cowboy was joking about.
No, the Lakers outbid Boston. Davis said to anyone who would listen that he just wanted to win.
Most people thought Boston would get him, at the time.
Not even close. James and Curry were much higher, but not on the market.
Do you remember last decade? No one wanted bigs unless they could shoot threes. Teams were playing 6'6" guys at center.

Shouldn't be difficult. It doesn't have to be an all star, just a solid role playerRob better add a C in the next few days.
There's some guys that could be available though....Shouldn't be difficult. It doesn't have to be an all star, just a solid role player
True, true.DJ would have had a Valunciunas deal done today if he was in charge.
It would be really interesting to see them let it play out with an added Big. Both guys are ball dominant but both will give up the ball and make the right pass. Their defense will suck but they will be very difficult to stop. They both could play fewer minutes and always have one of them dominate when the other takes a blow. Add to the fact that both guy lives at the foul line at the end of gamesDJ would have had a Valunciunas deal done today if he was in charge.
He's quietly having a pretty solid season.DJ would have had a Valunciunas deal done today if he was in charge.

Nurkic is on the block as wellThere's some guys that could be available though....
Capela in Atlanta. I'd call the Nets and see what they want for Claxton. Kessler in Utah....
Pass on him.Nurkic is on the block as well
