So if you read the whole article the Seahawks also put a feeler out for Garcon... Him in the same locker room as Sherman would be kinda bad.

I'm all for some pass rushing help (lord knows we need it), but I think giving anything up for Jackson would be idiotic.

It wouldn't be an issue at all. They're both professionals and I'm sure they'd handle it fine.

Pass on any WR, let our young guys develop. I would welcome Clem back.

After the Harvin fiasco I don't want to see anything higher than a 4th pick spent on a WR. Why don't we develop our own instead.

I"m with you on that... Keeping your draft picks in kinda big ... But oh boy it would be kinda nice giving Russ a big target like that... But I'm with you... And yeah welcome back Clem if that can happen...

Yes do not trade draft capital for another WR. Time to develop in house talent. Also i would like to see them go to Lockette more on those high go get it throws. He has shown so far this year that his Hands are as strong as anyone's ( strong as in strength ) Also lets see what Norwood brings. Lets go with what we got at WR and if it's not enough then DRAFT ONE EARLY. Stop trying to take other teams Over the hill or cast offs.

They want to give up capital for a WR then at least get one that is young ... Gordon comes to mind.

Im done trading for any wr ever again. A great one can be an asset but a great qb can make almost any wr into a very good one.

I would only be interested in the Seahawks making a trade if it involved a draft pick on our end (so as not to weaken any other positions on the team for the sake of strengthening one position) and a lineman of some type coming to the Hawks. In other words, no trading players that are currently on the roster for picks. If they want to do that during the offseason when there's time to re-strengthen the position they've weakened with the trade, fine, but not during the season when they're still trying to defend their title. The only exception to that that I would make is if, like Harvin, a player's presence is causing more problems than his talent and production (or lack thereof) is worth.

I think I have to disagree with most of you. Vincent Jackson would give this team an entirely new dimension. He is unlike any other player on the roster. I would be ok giving up a 4th rounder for him.

Meh, it would be nice if he made a lot less than he does. As it stands bringing him in would chew up all the cap space we have and could have rolled over to next season to sign Russ and Wagner. I wouldn't freak out if we made the move, but I'm certainly not advocating for it.

I am assuming they have a strategy when it comes to the cap. I can't imagine they would even think about making the trade unless they had a plan for how to fit him in the cap.

Would love having Clem back. That would be a hell of a shot in the arm to our DLine rotation. Plus Clem is a no nonsense leader of the lockerroom too.

I agree it would be nice to see RW have a big strong WR to throw to, but i'm not quite sold yet on drafting another WR until we see our young core the rest of the season. Turn these draft picks into O-line, D-line, and CB depth. Plus draft another RB in the third or fourth round. Sorry about draft thoughts in the middle of the season.
