Boss that just kind of proves a point. Even if Sam "helps" bring the Rams to the promise land. You still wont like him, and that's fine. Maybe you just don't like his personality. I also agree I wish he had a little bit more fire in him but it's not always what gets the job done. But the way he actually plays is the most important thing to me. Not his demeanor.
While I haven't had the opportunity to engage in such cannabilistic behavior, I am told that it is good for grilling and is similar to swordfish. BTW, this "bad boy" was caught in South Dakota on May 7 and weighed in at a whopping 127 lbs, 7 oz.

Doesn't prove anything at all Jacob. I don't know Bradford personally so I haven't had the opportunity to like him or dislike him in that regard. But what I do dislike about him is what I have seen on the field. And all the trouble the coaches are going to to make his job easier. AKA a strong running game to offset the deficiencies in his QB play. Anybody can hit the ball out of the park if it's lopped to you, know what I'm saying? When a player has the highest salary on the team and one of the highest QB salaries in the league, I expect him to perform in proportion to what he's being paid. When he doesn't, that's what I don't like. I'd expect him to be a little better than a ball-handler who hands the ball off half the time. We can get someone for half the salary to do that. If I get a raise at my job and then don't live up to expectations and show my employer I'm worth the money, what do you think is going to happen? And I suspect most of us are in that position as well.
If Bradford sets the team on fire this year with his play, I'll be scrambling to jump on that bandwagon, leaving my pride and ego behind in the process. And as I've stated earlier I don't have a problem with that. But realistically, as I also stated earlier, a zebra doesn't change his stripes. Bradford has shown what he is and that is what my personal belief is that he will continue to be. That's being objective. Some here have changed their ideas of Bradford, and that's fine for whatever reasons. But I will continue to have my doubts whether it's politically correct or it's not until he proves otherwise. No animosity intended towards anybody who disagrees with me. But I still think we can strongly disagree and still be Rams fans and respect everybody's opinion. And let's keep in mind that that is all it is, opinion and conjecture at this point. None, and I repeat none of us here work for an NFL team, although some hold their opinion in such high regard that they think they should.
Granted some opinions can be better supported through evidence than others.....but even the most educated opinions have been wrong before. Won't be the first if I'm wrong and won't be the last. But I'm also not alone in that regard either.

I'd say I would like to see what he does in the first 6 games Jacob. The first 4 games are against Minn, TB, Dallas, and Phila. Only one of them were a playoff team so that's pretty weak competition. But the next two are vs SF and Seattle. I really want to see how he holds up against the elite teams. If he plays well against the weaker teams but plays like his traditional "Deer in the Headlights" style against SF and Seattle, well my analogy of a Zebra can't change his stripes will be dead on. We shall see. I'll give him 6 games, unless the wheels fall off sooner than that.
Not really wanting to sidetrack this thread again, but here I go!
Every time I see a "deer in the headlights" look in reference to a Rams QB, I always immediately harken back to the days of Jim Everett. If you will recall, he was a solid Rams QB his first few years and they usually made the playoffs. But then came a game against New Orleans, who had a very mean D in those days. They absolutely pummeled Everett; it was like the Rams O line decided to take the day off. From that game on, he always had the "deer in the headlights" look and was never the same in the pocket. This, of course, led to the despicable Jim Rome labeling him as "Chrissy" Everett and the resulting debacle on Rome's TV show.
But the point, I guess, is that once a QB does have that look, he is done as a top level, or even potentially top level, QB who could lead a team to the playoffs in the NFL.
Archie Manning took a beating his entire career in New Orleans...LOL
How about Mark Bulger, Demarcus Russell, Vince Young, Tony Romo??
