... will TB switch from McCown to Glennon as its QB? Should the Bucs switch?

I guess it depends on how the game plays out, but McCown has not been good the first two weeks of the season and Mike Glennon, to me, showed quite a bit of promise as a rookie starting QB last year. I was a little surprised that the job was pretty much given to McCown in the offseason, rather that having the two QBs compete in camp.

I didn't know that, but it's not too surprising, since both of their losses were very close (i.e. by 6 to Carolina and 2 to St. Louis). Still, to have thrown for only about 360 yards in two games is pretty anemic.

I would think it's a pretty good possibility.

They've lost two very close games to two pretty good teams and Atlanta is a pretty solid team in it's own right but McCown is a 35 year old journeyman backup who made a small name for himself after filling in for Jay Cutler last season. It's not like TB is building around this guy.

Well...expectations might be the driving factor. Bringing in a older QB tells me they were at least looking to be a .500 or better team.

It largely depends on how McCown plays...if the OFC struggles in another loss, Lovie might pull the plug looking for a spark. If they lose a close game and the OFC looks okay...probably not.

Yeah, their defense is a much bigger issue, imo

McCown didnt get a lot of passing yards against STL because their ground game was really, really good

Yeah, they're much better than the margin for certain. Lovie is stubborn, but I agree...I know it's only 3 games, and McCown is not the sole reason they're 0-3, but he has really looked good in any game yet...how can he not go with Glennon at this point?

TB played the worst game of the season so far. I won't be surprised if that game is still the worst game played by season's end. Does that mean that the Bucs are now the "worst team" in football? I'm not prepared to draw that conclusion, since I vividly remember Denver playing what might have been last year's worst game played --- in the SB.
