I guess I'm not as frustrated as most Iowa fans.

I thought Iowa was going to win 8-9 games this season. I obviously don't see that happening any more. I do think 6-7 wins is likely though.

Iowa is a young team - the youngest under Ferentz. They had a lot of issues at RB that would have tremendous impact on most teams. The WRs are not doing as good as expected, or at least hoped to. I think JVB is getting blamed for too much stuff he is not responsible for.

The loss to CMU is one I would blame on the defense. I'll admit, I didn't see much of the game but giving up over 30 points, 9 in the last few minutes, against CMU is not good and is not the offenses fault. Over 30 offensively should beat CMU.

Iowa is young and they have and will make rookie mistakes. I think when they face Nebraska in the last game of the season that Iowa will look much better as they get more experience (since they don't have much now). Also, the Big Ten is not looking all that impressive either. We just need to be patient and let them rebuild.

I thought 6-6 for a long long time but got more optimistic as the season approached. Now I see I should have stuck with my 6-6. Frankly Im not even sure we get to 6 wins but the good news is the B10 is horrible this year so its a maybe.

I wouldn't be as frustrated if we would mix it up a bit. I loved all the preseason hype that GDGD gave CJ and how he has decided to not even use him. Our the fact that JVB throws it Downfield without looking. Or the fact that or d line can't put pressure on a MAC qb. Or the fact that KF doesn't prepare his kids for real life playing situations.

It would be OK if KF was starting to plan for next year but its obvious that's not the case...he continue to start a QB that couldn't start for all B1G teams and would be a second stringer on only 6 teams, while 3rd stringer on the other 6...he is worse than Christansen and possibly McCann
