That was actually the first drive and it got killed around their 40 with that stupidity. The next drive we were in FG range and they instead went for it on 4th down. The third drive they linked up for the TD (bomb). That’s why I said it was ridiculous when DblDown said Wentz was shitting the bed the first half. Ridiculous

I’ll tell you what’s “ridiculous”...you continually saying lies thinking they are true. You’ve said several times now that the eagles only had three possessions in the first half. You’re fucking lying. The had FIVE possessions in the first half.

First one: 5 plays for 4 yards that ended with a punt.
Second one: 12 plays for 46 yards. On that drive Wentz completed 5 passes with the long being 9 yards. He also threw an incomplete pass on 4TH down which killed the drive.
Third one: 3 plays for 3 yards. That drive ended in a punt.
Fourth one: 5 plays 62 yards that was the TD pass to Jax for 51 yards. Before that play Wentz threw 2 incomplete passes
Fifth one: 3 plays for 5 yards. Drive ended with a punt.

I told you before I’m not that childish fan that thinks it’s about RBs and WR. It’s about developing lines.
What I find hilarious is that you say it has nothing to do with draft position or money. Why not? Because you said so. I think it has a shit ton with draft position. If GMs thought they were really important why do they refuse to use elite picks on them.
We know QB, LT, DE, CB, WR1 are the key positions and they go in the top 5 every year. Long snapper, FB, are lesser valued positions and they never get drafted early. But for some reason it’s different for C.

One reason is a team can only play one center at a time and I think you said the other day oftentimes teams don't even have a backup center on the roster so they probably only draft center when theirs needs replacing which if you have a good one may be once every 7 to 10 years. But, more importantly, a team plays two Tackles at all times and there is twice as much chance that an OT gets hurt and you need a backup than a C because there are two of them playing. Same with DE. CB and WR teams basically start 3 and play up to 4 or 5 per game so you can always get a good player on the field at those positions. It's just different at C and I think that is part of why you see less drafted and drafted early. So at other positions you can miss a little and still play the guy. If a Center isn't your starter he isn't playing. QB of course stands on it's own.
