Many of us tried telling some certain Philly fans that Howie is no GM. He is a very good cap guy but knows shit about player personnel and talent scout.

I don’t think you can say he doesn’t know shit. I mean he built a Super Bowl roster after inheriting a nightmare from Chip Kelly quickly. He landed a franchise QB and collected a ring. Looks like we had a good draft this year too. I think we will find out if he is a really good GM after this season when he has to do a little rebuild and straighten out this cap issue Philly is facing.
