He definitely isn’t #2. He isn’t a great drafter.

Yep. This draft he has to hit cause that Wentz contract is coming up quickly and he's going to need good young play makers on the cheap.

Howie will get Wentz to sign Monopoly money. He might need to throw in Boardwalk and Parkplace, but Howie has this FAKE shit in the bag.

Is it me, or does it seem that there's a lot of Cowboys and Patriots fans claiming to be Steelers and Seahawks fans.

I never said Jones sucks. You do this every day. Attribute shit to me that I never even said. Not only that but I said Dallas was a really good team loaded with All Pro talent. But day after day... Philly sucks at this, Philly sucks at that, your GM isn’t a good cap guy... now I’m hearing Bryan Westbrook wasn’t even good and that it made sense giving Marion Barber 50+ million and smarter then giving Westbrook 36 million. Fucking Barber wasn’t half the RB that Westbrook was.

Stop just stop with your Philly delusions. Just yesterday we had idiot Philly fans telling us McNabb sucked. The Eagles best QB EVA by most stats. Once I proved them wrong we haven't heard another peep about.

You evaluate talent about as good as Howie.

Nope. Never said that either. We have plenty of holes and some crap players. But I said Wentz is great... Cowboys came out in force saying he isn’t. Said our GM was a mediocre drafter but a cap specialist and the Cowboy fans came out and said I’m wrong. Said our 1st team all pro RT was good and my boy Fordy said “No he isn’t”. Now today I got Jarntt saying Westbrook wasn’t a stud either.

We have some really good players. We also have some scrubs who start!

Finally you're seeing the forest through the trees.

Many of us have said this "for decades". Philly lacks depth and except for one very lucky season out of 50 they won a Lombardi.

They lack depth because Howie sucks at evaluating talent and pushes $ down the road tying his hands to find quality starters and back ups.

I said “He’s known as an elite cap guy” and you went on and on about him not being one of the best. I post articles from across the country all calling him one of the top cap gurus in the league and you said all the reporters were lying. Every team does manipulate the cap but he’s the one GM that finds some new loop hole every year. He’s been doing his thing for a decade and we are still waiting for cap hell. It’s like these fundamental Christians on the corner screaming the end is coming soon.
He’s an incredible cap guy
He’s an OK/mediocre drafter
You’re wrong

Just like the fruit loops with their “green new deal” saying the world is going to end every election

I told you before but what I’ve heard is this year he was the first to write a clause saying if you make the team you will be cut and in doing that the dead money from their signing bonus won’t count against the cap (ingenious no?). It’s not the same thing as back loading contracts that aren’t guaranteed. How it works exactly I don’t know but the article I read said it was cheating but contractually legal.
That clause does not keep the dead money form hitting the cap. That is not true. It is no different than cutting a guy as far as the cap goes and the already paid out signing bonus. I'm not talking about the other aspects of being a GM. Just the fact that you said he circumvented the cap. Give me specifics or stop saying it because it seems like BS

Absolutely my man. It’s just getting old hearing Cowboy fans telling us how we aren’t actually good. The cherry on top was Jarntt saying Bryan Westbrook wasn’t that good. Fucking ridiculous
You are making that up and lying about it too. When does it end? You tried to insult Barber and call pretend he was mediocre by calling him an 850 yard back and ignored everything else about him. I threw that fact that you brought up right back at you. You really just have been making shit up here lately dude. Again, when does it end?

How am I moving goal posts.
YYou asked for a link I gave you a link.

Here's a fact for you. Stephen was performing Cap Magic long before Howie ever stepped foot into theNFL.

My bad. I didn’t notice your link for some reason. No goal post moved.'

That’s what I heard but I guess you know contractual law better then what’s being reported. How do you know it’s not true?

I’m making shit up. Holy fuck dude. Are you serious. Bryan Westbrook was a 36 million dollar player you think Barber was worth 50 million plus all those other guys. Making shit up.
Incredible Jarntt

Reason is all guaranteed money and earned bonuses have to count against the cap. All unguaranteed money goes back to the team with or without the fake years.

1) I'm still waiting for the specifics on how these moves helped Philly to avoid having money hit the cap. Specifics.

2) I already explained to you how wrong you were with the "mediocre" players angle. They were mostly guys that got injured. Barber was becoming one of the most talked about names in the entire NFL and every team was looking for a Barber. He had 850 yards because he split carries. Defenders were talking about how he punished them. He was known as the closer because he ended games when they started giving him the ball with the lead. He was also great at the goal line. Gruden used clips of his pass blocking to teach his own players. His body broke down from the punishment and that's what ended what was going to be a great career. He was an animal before that and seemed almost unstoppable. So wrong. Oh and Westbrook had over 850 yards rushing 3 times out of 9 years...dynamite...more like he was a WR...

3) It's EXACTLY the same thing.

Look at the end of #2 that YOU posted. You said Westbrook wasn’t that good and just a WR and only topped 850 yards 3 times. Now you’re saying I’m making shit up lately. Not you Jarntt. That’s 100% proof you said it and not me making up shit. That’s really low dude. You’re turning into a DblDown bro. Sad cause I always had respect for you. Don’t you dare act like you saying “dynamite” wasn’t done in a mocking, disparaging way. Westbrook was a hell of a lot better player than Barber. That’s not even up for debate.

You, me, everyone knows Westbrook was a hell of a lot better than Barber and we gave Westbrook 36 million not over 50.

Philly lacks depth. Lost there starting QB, HOF LT, starting MLB, top ST guy and won the SB. They had the deepest DLine in the league that year. You’re completely wrong. One very lucky season where they just keep winning and winning and winning. If it weren’t for sitting there entire team in a meaning last week game they went 17-2 that season... but 17 lucky wins right. Jesus man.
