Not adding anything to th argument. That was the point from the get go. We were talking about the difference between Daks arm and Wentzs. I said Dak doesn’t have a great arm and he didn’t even complete one downfield pass and you’re going to act like 9 or 10 yards changes that. I didn’t try and add anything. Why do you think I brought up the 9 yard completion. Just randomly for no reason or do you think I brought it up to make a point. His lack of yards is because he doesn’t have the consistent capability to throw down field... to be accurate down field.

When one says a QB doesn’t have a great arm and struggles with the mid and long game to the point he doesn’t even complete a pass for more then 9 yards... and it comes out he actually completed passes 1 yard longer -it doesn’t matter even in the tiniest of amounts to the freaking point. 8 yards, 9 yards, 10 yards, 11 yards, 12 yards... it’s all the same. It proves the same exact point.

It's pretty much a given the Eagles are going to keep Wentz over Foles but that doesn't change the argument over who's the best for the team right now. In order for Wentz to be the franchise quarterback you want him to be, he has to continue to develop and stay healthy and there's no guarantee that's going to happen, especially after the kind of injury he's had. There have been many quarterbacks who've had one great year that have not been able to maintain that level of success. He is going to have to up his game using more his arm and head and less his legs.

And at the moment the only answer you can provide for why is Carson going to be an elite-level franchise quarterback?

Cause he has to be.

But the reality is that Foles has taken the same team that was dead in the water and put them on the verge of making the playoffs and the rest of us can't ignore that.
