Once the Rams pull the plug on the Eagles season, time for Wentz to sit the last two games and rest up. Maybe start him in the final home game and pull him at the half. He hasn't come back fully healthy and no need to chance him with meaningless left.

I wanted to eagles to put him in bubble wrap a while ago. It was obvious after the last Dallas loss that the season was over.

yeah, but he is the type of poster that thinks hey a QB threw for 4 TDs week one so since he on pace for 64 TDs, he is gonna throw for 64 TDs.

He isn't Aaron Rogers... he can't do it all himself. Eagles leading rusher had 37 yards... THIRTY FUCKING SEVEN yards.

He isn't great at the moment, but he is more of a pre-snap read guy unless the pocket breaks down.

Here’s what I see (honestly)... he’s a legit NFL QB... no doubt about that. He’s a great character guy as well. You’re not gonna wake up one morning to hear he did something stupid at 3 am the night before.

What made him effective last year was his ability to convert 3rd downs. He did that a lot because either he ran for the first down OR he was a threat to run for the first down which opened up other players. This year... he’s not a serious threat to run so he much easier to defend against.

From what I see he’s not that GREAT pocket passer who does pre-snap reads, audibles to the right play and adjusts to the defense. IF he’s gonna be primarily a pocket passer he’s gonna have to really develop that. If not, he better get comfortable running the ball again.

Honestly, I don’t see him really be either bur time will tell.

What crazy... and I agree the seasons over but if Carolina loses to the Saints (quite possible) and the Vikings lose to the Dolphins (not as possible but possible) if the Rams beat us 80-0 we are a half game out of the last wild card spot. Can you imagine?
6-8 and still mathematically very good.

we also had many 3rd and less than 5 last year, and many of those were converted with runs. This year they can't run the ball to save their lives.
