If you have one of those bullet blenders or a stick blender, put your raw eggs in and blend for a couple seconds(don't go too crazy). Fluffiest scrambled or omelette you will ever have.

Eggs Benedict are also a fave. Never done them myself, but at the casino buffet out here they are bomb.

Sometimes at a restaurant I go with the eggs Benedict also.
