Eggs Benedict is awesome. You could put hollandaise sauce on a turd and itd probably be edible.

Make a mean omelet...ham, tomato, green peppers and cheese. Trick is, to saute the peppers, then pour them with the oil in a bowl, add the diced ham, and a big spoonful of sour cream. Mix that together. Fill omelet with cheese, ham mixture, and diced tomatoes. Yum.

The incredible edible egg can be made any number of ways. I'm pulled for time in the mornings it seems so I make mine scrambled. I must do it ok because my wife and kids tell me to make their's the same way. I have heard that adding sour cream will make them fluffier. Never tried it. I just use 2% milk and whisk with a fork over butter. But I go over easy too when I want a runny yolk. Rotel is a great ingredient for an omelet too.

Add bacon, biscuits grits and gravy! No better meal on the planet.

Yeah. Just crack a couple over your choice of pizza before you bake it. Spread the whites out as much as possible with a butter knife or spatula. You might need to add a few minutes to cooking time.

I first had it at an Italian place in Berlin, GE. and make them that way occasionally.

i use half and half and wisk in some philly cheese too

Just did this, made 4 eggs, and used two tablespoons milk.........find the taste kinda odd, find it better with jsut butter whisked in
