Poached eggs are fucking disgusting.

Over-medium with hash-browns and toast. Also a little Tabasco. Oh and bacon of course.

Fried - over easy with lots and lots of bread. I love making egg sandwiches with all the yolk, and then use the bread to pick up all the yolk when done. Yummm.

Scrambled - I usually eat 2 eggs for breakfast, cooked in 1 tbsp of butter(well wife cooks more than that, it's just my portion). Can't be overcooked otherwise they flavor disappears.
