It's more a disaster movie than horror movie but I seen How it Ends a couple weeks back, Ho Lee Fuq the ending sucked, kinda reminded me of Bird Box being the ending ruined what could have been a decent movie!
Don’t quite recall what happened but do remember being disappointed in that movie. And also vaguely remember being about 2 bottles of wine deep with the wifey. That’s the movie where the son & stepfather travel across the US to reach the wife/daughter after some sort of disaster correct? It's more a disaster movie than horror movie but I seen How it Ends a couple weeks back, Ho Lee Fuq the ending sucked, kinda reminded me of Bird Box being the ending ruined what could have been a decent movie!

Makes me think they were going for some defiantly dramatic effect by calling it “How It Ends” and not even giving it a proper ending lol. Thanks for the blue balls! Sad because (from what I recall) it was a very well made film. Good suspense throughout.Yes and I am a big fan of Forest Whitaker, the movie had potential but totally chit down it's leg with the ending!
the new chuckie, now with the powers of Alexa, it's going to be a glorious pile of shit. hey son, here's a doll for you, it'll also have the ability to control everything in our house, enjoy. So this is what Chuckie looks like in the new reboot...
Lmao
Looks like they are going full CGI with the face
over 50 minutes in and i'm wondering why i decided to watch this. i knew the story from the first iteration, there's been nothing exciting or exceptional about this one so far. even going back to the original it was a stupid plot to begin with. yeah, we saw your cat will be a fucking nightmare by bringing it back, let's try again with your kid...so, i guess i watched 20 minutes of the new pet sematary, can't recall anything that happened yet.
and it seems the movie is now over, so that was an experience?over 50 minutes in and i'm wondering why i decided to watch this. i knew the story from the first iteration, there's been nothing exciting or exceptional about this one so far. even going back to the original it was a stupid plot to begin with. yeah, we saw your cat will be a fucking nightmare by bringing it back, let's try again with your kid...
i did, i was hoping i'd like it, you quoted me mentioning the end credit song. here's how the rest of my night went: https://sportshoop.la/threads/good-wednesday-morning-from-rdu.281103/page-31#post-13246738@Taddy Mason - Wow, done yet? Time for a chill pill.
i grew up at a time where i saw the second pet sematary before the first and i really liked that one, i watched the original a few years later and it never made sense to me. i had a soft spot in my heart for this film, but very small and only for the second one. i watched everything with ed furlong and clancy brown after that. again, i know i'm the curmudgeon in these threads, but by the same token, i appreciate the films for what they are, i appreciate bad ones when they're really bad and they know it, i appreciate when it's a good premise, but they just couldn't get it done in production, i like all movies good and bad, but i come down hardest when they do remakes/reboots.@Taddy Mason - Wow, done yet? i suck at life.
i mean, for one that prepared for decades for what she thought was inevitable, she really dropped the ball on the execution preparation.Anyone seen the remake of Halloween?
Nothing special, but it was ok, although I hated seeing Jamie Lee Curtis as an old nutjob...even though it did fit the story.
