That was a result of our new AD. That said, if we go to 9 conference games, we are going to be very limited on our OOC games. We have GaTech every year, and with UF being at a neutral site every year, we have to schedule with home games in mind. I'd love to play Clemson more often than we do, and I love our travel games we've played in the last decade.

You already play one of the toughest overall schedules in the country. What does it matter that some idiots want you to play a tougher OOC schedule? Seems to me that it might be more beneficial to them, than to you.

The way to figure this out is by breaking things down one conference at a time. However historically must first also be defined. Are we talking BCS era, or forever and a day? Because while my beloved Huskies only recently started playing FCS schools (only 2 ever in the FBS era) once upon a time we lost to a battleship. Yes. A battleship.

So if you guys are willing to swallow your pride and define the parameters of this so called discussion, it can be figured out and then we can all laugh at the greatest lame ass in cfb.

You want to add Purdue on here and Tennessee...Purdue finished 4-8 and 5-7 yet you beat them by a combined 8 points...not sure I would want to remember those. And last year's Tennessee team won 1 SEC game...against Auburn the team that won none...

or 2003 Miss State...another 1 win SEC team that finished 2-10

or 2007 Michigan...wasn't that the team Appalachian St beat

Again...I stand by my assertion that Florida St is better than all but 2 of Oregon's OOC opponents in the last decade.

Little word of advice...when you are standing in a hole, your best bet is to quit digging.

-a first year FBS who has lost to THREE FCS teams already

-a mwc school whose only wins last season were against schools who had a combined record of 10-40 (5-28 in conference) last season
