Gronk needs a fourth surgery, and may need a fifth...

Funny, I read somewhere it was a different disc then the one he had operated on in college.

Everything with a grain of salt...

He looked ok for the giants in his limited action.. He's had a year to learn the playbook and be entrenched into the system.. I think he will be just fine.

At least his back up gig as a club dancer is secure... Was hoping the injury from college wouldn't come back

Don't really care if he misses half the season. If he will be available down the stretch and for the playoffs, that is when we truly need him. I think we can pull of 12 or so wins without him in the lineup, but once the playoffs roll around he is a huge X factor.

I think Gronk will be fine, I just don't think he will have a 12-15 year career.

It's better to burn out, than to fade away...

He was hurt by fooling around and acting like an idiot! I get he is young but come on man! Get it together!

I really don't think any of the stuff he has been taped doing is:

A) any different from almost any NFL player
B) responsible in any way for him being hurt

Both injuries were football injuries.

Anyone know exactly how he originally injured his back in the gym? Was he squatting? Dead lifting? Something else? Depending on how he originally injured it can often determine the severity of the injury over his lifetime.

Yep, and his back has always been a problem which is why he slipped in the draft.

He gets more attention for his partying because he's awesome at it but most pro athletes do it.
