were down 3-1 to OKC? A Green suspension pretty much means a loss and the NBA had a heavy hand in deciding the series so nothing happens. Warriors up 3-1 on the Cavs? Suspend Green
Once again this is completely wrong.

Down 3-1 to thunder? Upgraded to flagrant 1 and fined. Up 3-1 on Cleveland? Upgraded to flagrant 1.

Why are people ignoring that this incident was one small part of the point limit that led to this suspension?

This shit is why real sports fans have left the NBA in droves. There are still NBA fans, just like there are WWE fans, but fans of real non scripted sports couldn't give a shit about NBA basketball anymore.

Because there was also a trip and a kick near an OKC players' head that were completely ignored when the Dubs were on the verge of getting knocked out.

Now, all of a sudden e gets suspended for this? Convenient. All of those other incidents were 10x worse than this, yet were ignored.

2007 Amare and Diaw say wassup Draymond
That was way worse. They were straight up suspended for that.

Draymond was given a flagrant 1... 90% off his suspension already happened. Things that no one was defending.

The NBA wants this series to go a little longer. Wrong but the truth. Peace.

I disagree on the 10x worse. That's some serious hyperbole.

Maybe they looked at those as strike 1 and strike 2?

It's because the NBA is manipulating the point limit to pick and choose how it administers their version of justice. What Green did in the OKC series could easily be argued he could have been suspended. He had several times where he was basically just fighting Steven Adams yet the NBA overlooked a lot of it. They just gave a measly flagrant 1, which is the equivalent of a hard foul. Why? Because it saved Green from being suspended (and sealing the fate of the series) but is still a punishment in the sense that it adds a point. This time, Lebron and Green BOTH get into a scuffle, one that we've seen many times in the NBA that usually results in a double foul (which was called) or at worst, double technicals. Yet again, the NBA uses point rule to its advantage to make it look like its being tough on Green and can do so without worry because the Warriors are up 3-1. They can say "it was the points that suspended him, not us". We've all watched the NBA for years. We know what punishments are doled out when and to whom (hell, Chris Paul connects on his nut swipes and he almost always gets away with it). If this series we're 2-2 or 3-1 the other way, Green would be playing Game 5.

For about 4 to 5 possessions in a row it gets to the point where both teams are just blatantly pushing each other across the floor.

LeBron, after getting tangled up with Green, takes a hard swing at Green’s head causing Green to fall to the ground (repeat, hand, swing, head).

Proceeds to walk over Green while he is on the floor. Commonly agreed by the brotherhood of nba players to be a bitch move. (Repeat, taunting). And really a generally unsafe play.

Green reacts by swinging at James nuts, gets suspended.

Absolute bull shit and solidifies that LeBron James is a sour grapes, pure losing, crampy, bitch. And that the league is willing to do anything to get its money for a long series.

Can't complain. I am kid free for another week.
So, I'm heading to Vegas tonight to make the best of it.
Good seeing you, Mick, Slinky on the NBA forums.
:suds:

Enjoy Vegas. It looks like a nice, warm, rain-free week. Hope you have a great time and come out ahead.

Hahahaha......"if ??, they win???"

You mean after they win it on monday night....don'tcha??

After predicting that GSW would come back from down 3-1 vs. OKC...I'm not questioning any more of your predictions.

Just my 2 cents:

Draymond deserves the suspension. How the incident occurred is less of a concern than it actually happened. Draymond needs responsibility here too because he's put himself in a position to be suspended. If he didn't get so many techs or flagrants earlier he wouldn't be up for a suspension. Simple as that.

Just because a man stepped over you and you defend your manhood, two wrongs don't even each other out. He took a swipe, a non-basketball play and by rules should have been assessed the flagrant.

Now I also lost a ton of respect for Lebron. I always thought he got a bad rap but last game it was evident with the game out of hand he was trying to bait Draymond into that. He was successful. Lebron knew exactly what he was doing stepping over Green. You just don't do that. I hate Kobe, but he never would have pulled that shit. He would have taken the L and tried to get the next one.

Hopefully people aren't ignoring that you are a bandwagon LeBron James fan as well. You follow him like a lost puppy. Have a great night. Peace.
