Lebron avg 28, 8, & 4 last year in the finals. He shot 57% from the field and 51% from 3.

He deserves no blame for last year. He did his job. You will take those numbers from Lebron in any playoffs series

Yes it is bad. Guy hasn't shown up. If you think he is playing well u are Crazy and haven't watched any of the games. He has had 1 good game, and in another game had a good 4th Q but still made 4 turnovers under 3 mins left in that come back.

25 a game on 50% shooting is bad? lol he's been good in these finals but not MVP exactly. Steph is the last
Guy to blame IMO

I don't give him a pass for 2007 because that was a good learning experience. Last year no way. That miami team should of never lost a championship.

Because the Spurs weaknesses were________?

They played the best team basketball in much of that series in quite some time.

Warriors or Cavs from this years Finals would have not won more than 1 game against that team based on their play so far.

It was for all the idiots who think rings are the best way to determine which player is better
I think rings do mater when u are comparing great players. Horry has all those rings but comparing to LBJ is a joke. When u are talking about top players of the league Rings do matter and record does matter a little. It shows u can win on the Big stage and in basketball when 1 player can control the game it matters.

Yes but Miami still have the top player and 2 other players that were better then most on the spurs. No excuses and to lose 4-1 is just ugly. I agree with you Spurs did play the best Team basketball in awhile.

So Kevin Garnett> Charles Barkley and Karl Malone?

Dirk> Barkley and Malone?

Just curious

I absolutely disdained Jordan and the Bulls.....but I gotta say Jordan is the best basketball player ever (in my person experience as I wasn't around during Russell and Magic days)

Yea because those Houston teams were terrible. Also, he did come back and they lost to the Magic. People love to discount that Jordan season because somehow during a full season of play he wouldn't have let Nick Anderson make him his bitch in those finals moments of game 6. Yes.. that's it. 8 in a row would have been for sure.

Also Miami would have swept the Warriors in just 3 games in LeBron stayed. Giving away hypothetical titles is fun.
yeah 8 was in the bag(i would put 90% chance). I mean MJ came back didn't play the regular season(31-31 with out him) and still almost won(with Mj 13-4). That was impressive. That season alone he had a 55pt game, game winning shot. In that series against Magic he avg 31pts after missing 1 1/2 seasons. WOW

I didn't make any excuse.
I said we got manhandled by the better team.

Spurs were always the #1 nightmare Heat matchup.

Often in that series it looked like we were playing 5 on 6, and the Spurs were told our gameplan.

Just curious
I said it helps. Is it everything no but it does help. Dirk I want to say yes. its close. U can go either way. People forget how good Dirk was. I was not a big Malone fan. Malone was really good but he was missing something.

Spurs were a bad match up for you guys. I was just shocked that it only went 5 games.

Not saying impossible, but how often has it ever happened?
Is Wiggy your alt?
He's got Cavs winning next several, just because.

JR Smith has been the definition of awful in these Finals: 9ppg and 29.8% shooting.

The way the series started, yes..
But after game 3, which continued into game 4, the writing was on the wall.
Mentally the Spurs were dialed in, and TBH, I think James already 'knew' he was/wanted to leave.

Yeah no doubt.

After losing game 1 due to LBJ cramps and winning in game 2, I felt so damn good about my Heat in 6 prediction
