What kills me about parking in handicap spaces is the lack of awareness that the spot would never be empty if it weren't reserved for those with need.I taught my children to have good manners. I also taught them to recognize that not everybody else has them.
Mormons are just doing what they think they are supposed to.
When I find not handicapped people parking in handicapped spaces, I take the opportunity to chew them out if I can. If they are not available, I think to myself that they are cursing themselves and will likely end up handicapped.....
If cops were handing out tickets for those illegally parking in handicap spots, we'd be bitching about cops misplacing their priorities.
