Obviously...Cause when I assume it makes you an asshole...That's the thing... You just can't assume a cause and effect then just isolate a portion. Maybe the body needs an exact nutrient order to properly assimilate magnesium? Maybe it needs to be chewed a certain way to get the right saliva ration.

I eat seaweed, in the form that it is in my sushi.
Does that have the requisite amount? Has it been processed out? Do I just need to go down to tha habah and pull some out? Do I chew it as is or can I boil my lobstah with it?
Does it only work when eaten and digested with turmeric? Or at separate times?
