Dont mind it at all. We needed help on defense especially in the secondary but I was kind of hoping for Darqueze Denard from MSU. Overall im glad with the pick though. Hopefully he can force some turnovers.

Giants Fight the Good Fight and win 3-1 in L.A.
On a night when most of the country was watching the NFL Draft a fantastic rivalry between the Giants and Dodgers that goes way back was rekindled in L.A. Ryan Vogelsong was indeed the General tonight as he dazzled and confused the Dodgers for 7 1/3 innings on 5 hits only giving up 1 ER. Vogelsong and Beckett battled from the beginning but neither figured in the decision. Vogey continues his good run and that is real good news.
Hicks tied the game at 1-1 in the 7th on a solo shot into the bleachers in left field. This game would go extra innings and in the 10th it was Hector Sanchez who continues to shine lifting a long fly to deep right to score Pagan. Belt followed with a single to score Pence. Casilla got the win pitching 1 1/3 shutout innings and Romo who is picking up saves by the bushel got the save his 11 th on this season.
This was a classic Giants vs. Dodgers ballgame that was played the way it's supposed to be played. The Giants fight the good fight and win 3-1 as BEAT L.A. was chanted by the Giants fans that went down to L.A. for the series. A great win to start the 4 game series as the Giants go to 5-2 for this road trip.
Bumgarner goes Friday night as he looks to make it two in a row in L.A.
