According to gamecast, a couple were borderline, and a couple were definitely out of the strike zone. It appears the ump is calling a good game so far.

I am watching on my iPhone with the MLB.com app. The screen and resolution are too small for me to tell on those close pitches. However, in an effort to help the umpire, all close pitches for Song should be strikes, and all close pitches for Mutts' pitchers should be balls. Hope that helps!

That's very cool! Enjoy the days when they want to play games with you. My kids are in college, and we like to hang out together, but they have pretty much their own lives now.

The offspring still playing the beautiful game?

Believe me, I am trying to savor the moments that they want me around as much as I can.

As for the kids, yes Messi and Marta are still playing. The Dude just finished playing a season of U14 soccer even though he's only 11. His mom and I don't want him playing comp because the teams in the Central Valley have to go from Stockton to Modesto on a regular basis. that kind of travel is too much for us, especially with the Princess also playing. So we allow him to play up a division to keep him challenged. He started every game this season.

LOL. I have a theory that when you see the same women on a daily basis - some multiple times each day - that eventually some of those women become better looking than they actually are.

I see the same women at work every day, then see the same women on the train each day and then I come home and see Amy G, Jaymee Sire and that other chick in the CSN studio with the messed up cheek bones. Logic tells you that with that many views, some are bound to look better on certain days. When you have to find attractive features about some people, eventually the other features melt away.
