apparently, Chicago is Native American for "shitshow."

Lucky if we don't get swept now.

Get 'em tomorrow. BIC will be happy I'm out.
What dude doesn't get.....I was honestly trying to have some fun with him. I guess when you sit on high, you get to call people ignorant and dishonest without an expectation of that person getting in your face about it.

Then take another swipe on the way out the door.

And saying we will be lucky not to get swept is exactly the negativity this whole thing started with.

After Pagan GIDP, he basically said the goal now is to get some pitches out of Lester so we can get into their pen early for the rest of the series.
Ah.

that is about the most positive way possible to look at this game at this point.

Boch HAS to see what Pagan is doing to the team, doesnt he? This month is too important to let Pagan play every day. DL him and call up JCP. I would rather have ++ D with no bat than Pagan right now.

I mean not that it would have made a huge difference, but that ball David Ross hit in front of Pagan we would have seen Pagan dive or slide for in the past, but he didn't even look close to that effort there.

I am at work, so I have not seen any of this game. I am talking more in general than anything specific from this game.

That would be my solution, too. Plus, we won the World Series last year with a "C" Blanco, and he is much better than that right now.

I'm just pointing out another instance where Pagan isn't right/good.

But yes, Boch has to see this and changes need to be made.

How the hell can you call him out there? Bad call.

One thing is for sure, Russell is an athletic dude and has saved 2 terrible throws and made then into outs.

That was a nice AB from Adrianza. He's been getting more chances lately, and he's showing his skills.

Is there any explanations put out by the umpires for why they made certain calls? In the NFL and NBA, they put out explanations on controversial calls the next day, but I dont think MLB has anything like that.

I don't think so. It was hard enough on the umpire's pride to instill replays in the first place, I don't think they call them out further.

Osich comes in and keeps his perfect ERA in-tact.

It would be an absolute shame if he gets sent down again. Where JA couldn't get the job done, Osich looks extremely sharp.
