Nice man, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm always nervous with sharing recipes just in case they aren't as well liked as much as I like them. Good to hear.

Your recipe will be tried sometime in mid-October (I'll keep you posted).....hopefully I'm good enough to prepare it correctly. If I did it right, I'm going to try and duplicate it for Thanksgiving.....I may even randomly try and incorporate saying "gp956" randomly during the dinner just to see what kind of looks I get.

I hope it works out for you....always good to try it out once or twice before the main event. I think I might try your marinade on a tri-tip, sans heat. Should work equally as well.
