I read Stephen King's "The Tower" series. 7 books and about 5,000 pages. It sucked me in and sucked me in, and then the ending totally sucked.

Because of that, I am leery about investing that much time into one storyline. I'd rather stick with an author who uses recurring characters in different novels.

I did actually enjoyed the "Hunger Games" trilogy. and no...I'm not gay.
