I didn't expect to see Nelly batting 6th, but Wash rarely does what I would do.
Not going with Soto is dumb.Kinsler 2B,
Andrus SS,
Rios RF,
Beltre 3B,
Pierzynski C,
Cruz DH,
Moreland 1B,
Gentry LF,
Martin CF
I care less about protection and more about production. Having 3 LHHs in the lineup is dumb.Nelly should be hitting in front of AJ. Cruz provides protection for nobody batting sixth. Least of all AJ who never met a pitch he didn't like.

Agree, but so is our manager.

Lucky you. Put that on your resume.
It's probably a good thing to disagree with Wash.Lucky me? I'm not even really sure what you're implying.

Not me. AJ out. Soto in. Makes much more sense IMO.I'm fine with the lineup. Just not Cruz hitting 6th
I said yesterday that I wanted Soto in there too, but with Nelly coming back the only way is to take AJ out and we know Wash isn't going to do that.

I like Cruz a lot and I'm glad he's playing tonight, but putting him in the line up in a winner take all game after a 50 game lay off may be a bigger gamble than leaving Soto on the bench.[/QUOTE

People will use whatever they can to bash the Rangers. I am sure Peralta is getting crucified too by people. Glass houses people....There's a bunch of shit talkers over on the old ESPN site! Dredging up all the drug slang they can to heap on the Rangers.
Most are disagreeing today concerning Soto not being in the lineup. It's probably a good thing to disagree with Wash.
