I'm for deploying a Bing-based application where fans can input suggested managerial moves with a screen in front of Wash ... which he'll cover with a towel so his sunflower seeds don't goo up the screen.

Bing is garbage. It doesn't work about half of the time. Then again, neither do Wash's moves, so that might be quite the appropriate platform for your suggestion.
