Maybe getting Vogey another appearance. I feel like he's kinda the elephant in the room though. He's not coming back, is he? There's been no talk about it though, and I'm sure Vogey doesn't want to be acknowledged like he's done. But he's not coming back to SF.... right?

That's too bad.

Listening to Affeldt a couple of days ago, I was reminded how easily it is as a fan to take out the human component with the players and focus solely on their production. I had been thinking about how the Giants needed to part ways with Affeldt earlier in the year, not thinking much about what he has done for the time. And its difficult because we want to see the best on the team and being too sentimental can hurt the club but being soul-less is just as bad.
