I agree, but I don’t see signing another wave of Hanigers and Confortos will do anything other than block evaluation of farm potentials. Hey if we can land the Sotos of FAs, I’m all in. Just no more retreads

Yeah pretty much this, and as I keep saying Soto level hitters we can't ever land anyway. I guess we have to hope a lineup with a bunch of good hitters is enough without any great ones. Worked in 2010, which is why we need to hammer the pitching signing Snell or something like him, a legit ace
