H's staying. He came out of the portal before Francois was booted
from the team.
However, it is possible that he might have known, in advance, that
more trouble was coming Francois' way.
Taggart screwed up royally last year, having Francois as his #1 QB.
That cost us Hockman, and almost lost us Blackman.
Francois could take a hit and absorb punishment, but he was
never a great QB.
