I read the story and it this is almost exactly the type situation that happened to a buddy of mine. The big difference was the female was his ex and drunk as a skunk.

My take is she was breaking stuff up and he didn’t do anything but try to stop her because she didn’t want to press charges.

Unless something else comes out I’m giving him a pass on this one.
