LeBron been in the league for how many years? He should understand that it's a business. Players come and go all the time. Miller wasn't worth his contract here because he was never healthy.

He wouldn't have helped in the finals. As I keep mentioning we lost the finals because of poor defense.....offense had nothing to do with it.

The only 2 games our offense was dreadful was games 4 & 5. When you score 95 & 92 in the finals that should be good enough to have you in a close game.

In the spurs 4 wins they scored 104 or more and shot nearly 60 percent in 3 of their 4 wins.

Post of the month.

As has been mentioned before. Miller could rebound a little, but his defense wasn't great and that's what killed us against the Spurs. Miller was always injured in his time at Miami, yet he was making significantly more than our other 3-point shooters in Lewis, Allen, Jones and Battier. I had no problem with letting Mike Miller go considering the $17 million his luxury tax bill came with for a guy who played less games a season than Wade.

Lebron was going to leave regardless. Mike Miller was just a reason he could make. Other than that, the Heat bent over backwards getting players to help him getting rings.

I would like us to fill the rest of the roster spots with young talent. We need to find future players. I wouldnt mind a Beasley return or a JJ return. I do nt want UD on the team, but I cant help but get excited at the possibility of him delivering a hard foul on Lebron.

Skip Baseless says he takes the tweet that Wade sent out to announce he is remaining in Miami was a shot towards Queen James, thoughts?

I think if Wade or anyone on the Heat takes shots at him that they can do way better than that

no shot. LeBron wanted to go home. he hurt Miami. Wade's way of telling the fans, Miami is his home and worth staying for.

James Jones to the Cavs reportedly. Going back to what I said a few days ago, Queen James planned on leaving a long time ago. He probably planned it the moment he saw the backlash the first time he left.

He clearly went about things in the manner he did to hurt the team - That said, I could understand anyone on the roster going to join him, but to know that hometown JJ is one of them is brutal.

Really? JJ is going? that hurts.. So his trip to the Bahamas with Allen and JJ was a recruiting trip

Of course it was....I am yawning. He is taking the blue print that Spolestra and Riley built and trying to replicate. Somewhat comical. Honestly, sad to see Jones leave but can't say I blame him. Obviously, some tension in that locker room with Lebron pushing for minutes for Jones that were not given. In our current system, not sure his type of skill set and limitations can be masked without Lebron. Good move for him and likely for the Heat in the long term. I wish our brother well.

So it came down to Lebron not getting his way. He wanted Miller, Miami wasnt having it. he wanted Jones to get more minutes, Spo wasnt having it. I personally dont think Spo is a good coach. i think he is mediocre at best, just happened to get lucky with the Big 3. BUT I am happy to see that Spo didnt give into this childs demands. FUCK LEBRON

ESPN reporting Wade has a no-trade clause in his new contract, which hardly would seem to be a factor with his, team's stance.

This year and for the rest of his career, especially while Riley is around , Spo will prove he is better than a “mediocre” coach.

Back to Riles for a second, the guy is getting up there in age - the reloading/rebuilding process has started sooner than expected. Do you think his replacement is already waiting in the wings, or is his replacement someone we have to start looking for?

This organization has remained competitive and relevant because of him, and remains in Miami because of him and our current owner.

Is it time to look for the next Riley or simply the next to replace Riley?

I think Spoles is a solid head coach. Yes, the big 3 helped. But people forget a lot of people were picking against Miami those four years. He beat Doc Rivers twice in the playoffs and was 1-1 vs Pops. I think he is above average. There are better coaches out there.. heck, there is a better coach in the Heat front office. But he is pretty solid.

I don't like how predictable his rotations are. But he does change those up in the playoffs.. so I cant be insanely upset. Answer me this.. outside of Pops.. which current NBA head coach would you trade Spoles for?

I am pretty sure Nick Arison is being groomed to replace Riley. Who knows how good he will be.. but the guy apparently loves basketball. Has a real passion for the game.

Thought Nick might want to replace his dad instead one day - but you are correct, he would be a pretty solid choice. I hope, if he isnt already, get him involved with the process of getting players down here so he can build up the skills it takes to sway guys to Miami

Spo isn't a bad coach. He led a mediocre roster with just Wade to 47 wins.

Whoa...that was a darn good Wade...Hopefully, he will be back.

Yeah but point is it was Wade and nothing. He got them to 47 wins and a top 5 seed.

My only issue with Spo is the substitution pattern.....Otherewise he is a good coach
