Order of Heat signings also leaves Napier on back end if Heat are to give him maximum-allowable 20-percent bump over rookie scale.

Via Ira Winderman

Keep forgetting Napier is unsigned

I have seen starting lineup projections of which have Deng starting as well as Wade - do you guys think we have viable fall back plans currently on the roster for those guys, or is that yet to be addressed/determined?

Do you think Wade will/should take a lesser role and come off the bench instead. I think we all expect better things from Wade, but I think it will be much better at this point doing so off the bench.

Trevor Booker decline a qualifying offer from the Wizards and is now being offered big money by Jazz. Just thought I mention it because you guys have named him as a guy you want the Heat to get

Both James Ennis and Justin Hamilton out for Heat in summer league today vs. Wizards. Hamilton has a guarantee deadline approaching.Hamilton and Cole could fetch a $3 million player for Heat in sign-and-trade, if someone wants Cole. Hamilton then could be waived.

Gabby Union on Instagram, "Have you ever had to go to the DMV and stand in those long ass lines to change your license?!! We ain’t movin."

Unlike Queen James, Wade never had any intentions of leaving.

I always told you guys it was a bad sign that LBJ was meeting with teams. Wade never met with another team while Bosh only spoke to the Rockets after reports came out of LBJ agent meeting with 4 or 5 teams.

CB/Wade never wanted to leave

I guess we're out of the Boozer sweepstakes as Charlotte & Atlanta are likely to bid on him

If his priority is money, I guess a move to either of those teams is expected - but, if he wants a shot at winning a title, Miami seems to be his best bet compared to those two

Atlanta is pretty solid. They will be good with all their players back. Boozer does not have the option of signing for any team or so I thought. He goes to waiver and the highest bidder with cap space. If he clears, which is very doubtful then free to sign. We are done other than vets at minimum.....

pretty sure he will be Wade back up.

Miami can go big with this roster.

At times we can go with Wade, Granger, Deng, Bosh, & Bird

Seriously? $17mil per year to off the bench? LOL

The way the Heat are presently constructed, we essentially traded LeBron James for Luol Deng and have upgraded at the role positions. McRoberts and Granger should bring more to the table than Shane Battier and Ray Allen did. We can get to the ECF with this team if things fall into place.

We still have one more move to make if we are to get out of the East. Monroe.. Boozer.. something.

Good point, but D-Wade will have to improve from last season. I really think this could be a championship caliber team with a close to 2011 level D-Wade.

Also, I wonder how much better we'll be in the rebounding department.

McRoberts will help but we still another big for cheap. I wish we would've signed Jason Smith
