We need fresh blood in Miami. i really wish we didnt resign Haslem. I know you have to reward a guy liek him, but then do that by hiring him as a coach or give him an office job. His playing days are done and his $$ could be better used elsewhere.. JJ is only good for the 3pt shot. It might be useful just to keep him solely for that. i dont think Lewis should come back, but Id gladly take Beasley back. He is still young and can score. just need to work on his D. Maybe have UD teach him that and then pay him 2.7mil for helping Beasley lol.

I appreciate what Lebron for the Heat in the 4 years here. But he pretty much screwed the Heat over along with Wade as far as money goes.

I once thought it would be wade and lebron having a statue outside the arena... Of course that was the thought of him having a long term career in miami. Lebron will get his in cleveland. Even if he doesn't win any championships there... He will be like our dan marino.. Only thing marino played his whole career with the dolphins and remained loyal to the team.

Maybe like Wade and Bosh will shine more with Queen James gone, so will UD?

He may not put up the big time numbers, he never has, but he does the dirty work few are willing to do and that is enough reason to keep him on a squad Riles believes can still compete for very important goals.

Might be a childish move and whatever else you want to call it - But, I think it would be justified if we continue to hear that he did this knowing well in advance of what he was going to do. Might be some form of sending the guy a message. Though UD seems to have better ideas of how to send LB the message - AND THAT is one of many reasons to bring UD back!

he has to clear waivers. there is a bidding process. it is weird. not sure exactly how those bids and the salary cap work. if he clears waivers.. he is free to sign anywhere. not sure exactly how long that process takes either... cant be more than 2 or 3 days.
