Some more tweets from Ira:Heat making it clear that 2016 could be their next big thing wih two-year deal for Chalmers. Now he can show how complete his game is.

With Chalmers back, keep an eye on what Heat might do with Cole’s $2 million salary, considering Napier will be on books at only $1 million.

It’s looking like a Heat starting five of Chris Bosh, Josh McRoberts, Luol Deng, Dwyane Wade, Mario Chalmers.
With Birdman, Bosh, McRoberts and Haslem in power rotation, will be interesting to see if Oden project continues with Heat.

I think JJ/Lewis may return. Allen I think is gone.

As for Oden we should be able to bring him back on a non-guaranteed contract since he is a free agent.

I think we may try to trade Cole.

Riley deserves to get GM of the year after losing out on Lebron. Most of the world thought Miami would fold and start to go into lottery purgatory. Riley has put together a rather competitive roster in a matter of days. I still like the idea of Ennis making the roster as he's been a sensation in the summer league and over in Australia. That kid has potential, and nothing like him sitting behind Deng and Granger who are great defending wings.

And I like Hamilton as well, I hope he makes it on the roster.

I love the fight in this team....shows how close this core was. I think it has galvanized those who stayed behind and in whom the franchise believes in. I think Riley and Spolestra won't have to motivate these guys much. Show the world what you can be without James. Deng also should be motivated for a big pay day. This could be a fun and deep team with some youth that will get an opportunity. I am excited, and I feel that this team is really excited. Wonder if Ray retires or moves with Lebron. My best bet is that he retires but who knows. I would think we would welcome him back no?

12 of 15 spots are fill but remember we probably will bring in 3-4 extra guys for training camp/preseason.

If I had it my way I would like to see those final spots used on Beasley/Jones, Oden, and Caron Butler

I have been wondring how guys who are on the current team who play with Queen James outside of DWade feel about facing him again next season. We now know how UD feels. Shit just got real!

So we have 3 spots to fill? Ray would be a nice return pick up. And, yeah I know about the extra guys we will bring in for camp but I am expecting those to be filled by young prospects we will stash elsehwere as opposed to vets. Just IMO

Oh and I am sure you guys may agree with me this one time, or maybe you feel differently. It is great to see Riles have the Heat bounce back with the make up of the roster -- its almost unfair to still be this good amid losing Queen James. I guess it just proves what I have often said ... One guy cant make or break a team.

The one guy that I have not heard much about is Rashard Lewis. Does he come back? Are we even asking Ray Allen to come back? Just curious. Also, have not heard much about James Jones. Guess we are working the priorities first.
