Wade & Bosh should avg 20+ PPG.

We have to remember LBJ took shots away from both players. The only year Wade got his typical number of shots was in the first year together.

Bosh goes from #3 to #1/1A.

If we get Boozer we would have a decent 9-10 players.

PG would be our only weak position and who knows? Maybe we sign Nelson.

Right now if Boozer & Deng comes, our 9-10 man rotation should look something like this.

Cole
Wade
Deng
Boozer
Bosh
Napier/Chalmers
Granger
McRoberts
Bird
UD

One thing this team is lacking is shooters so I would like to see us re-sign James Jones or any shooter that is available

James Jones is a good option as a “shooter” that could be had from within - but, who is out there that fits the mold, fits our team and that we can get for a reasonable price?

I'm not sure. I have to look at the list.

Morrow would've been perfect. He only signed for 3 yr/10 mil so I'm almost certain he would've came to Miami if LBJ didn't leave.

Heat have done a good job of making bounce back moves. Ready for the season to start. I fully expect this team to give better efforts this season no matter what point of the season they are in.

Question for discussion - Of those that were on the roster this past season, who is the odd man out with these moves?

Word is Deng’s camp was still looking for $12M/year this offseason, but Heat stood at $10M and refused to go long.Heat’s strategy is clear: They're trying to get as many guys (including their own) to take 2 year deals as they can, clear room for 2016To my last tweet, the holdup on Wade & Haslem is about years, not money.

10 million... GREAT contract. I think this means we can front load Wade and Haslem deals and have some money for next 2 years.

Battier retired. Ray Allen likely in Cleveland. So there are two guys out. If anyone else is out, it is likely to be Beasley. Beasley is the best scorer of the ones that are left but the least focused.
