The Heat, to my understanding haven't ruled out returns of Chalmers, Jones, Oden, Lewis or even Beasley. Trying to close Andersen tonight.

Bird would be great. A nice redemption story in Miami. Riley and Spoles believed in him when no one else would. Nice to see him get a good two year deal. He was hurt last year late and why he was off. He is young for his age given suspensions and the like.

Need to make sure Ennis, Hamilton and Napier are on this roster. Curious whether Lewis and Jones come back at the minimum. Guess it will depend on interest elsewhere. Would hope Wade's deal is something like max next year. $17 million the following year and player option for $10 million the year after.

Why wouldn't Ennis or Napier be on the roster? Based on what I see in summer league, Hamilton will be on the roster as well but I think he will be one of those guys who's inactive daily. Napier & Ennis will be a part of the rotation.

Based on summer league Ennis has to be on the roster - Napier has to be as a first round draft pick - the only way they arent is if the Heat want to make this a veteran-laden roster. But I dont think they will do that again. I think there will be a mix of those youngsters on the final squad

Solid get. Really hope we get Andersen as he will be critical in the middle. Outside of that, I am fascinated to see how we close things out with this roster. Battier and Allen's spots taken by Napier and Ennis. With someone like Jefferson going for the veteran minimum, query whether the staff sticks with Beasley or not.

Getting close, at about $58M with Bosh, Wade, Deng, McRoberts, Granger, Cole, Napier, Haslem.Also, with Heat using salary-cap space, the Joel Anthony $2.2 million trade exception becomes extinguishedRichard Jefferson taking one-year deal at vet minimum shows there are and still will be values at vet minimum the balance of free agency.

Mario is a cheap alternative and someone who knows the system. I think he will show how good he can be. Plus he might play better now that Lebron is not around to yell at him so much. Every contract is a two year deal. Love it. Setting ourselves up for 2016.
