How in the actual fuck were the Kings not able to keep him then, even after getting Milan Lucic?

Maybe Williams just wanted out of the three ring circus in LA...
That was my thought - I think he had enough of whatever was going on there
I hope this isn't affecting them in FA - they better find someone of significance or they're in trouble
Here's hoping the Kings didn't think Colin Miller would be worth a damn. I'd personally like to see the B's suffering on the blue line for a few years.Marty can go screw off
Kings better end up with Johnny Oduya or Christian Ehrhoff or some defenseman that can actually play worth a damn

Calgary's really building something special. I think if they get better goaltending they can contend for that division.
Flames should try for Bernier. I think he thrives behind that defence.I have to laugh because that's the line Pierre McGuire used to describe the Oilers a few years ago. As far as goaltending is concerned, somebody has to move (and I hope it's Jonas Hiller). Flames may have to eat some salary to get it done, but I would like to run with a Ramo/Ortio tandem.

Interesting comment from an agent: Calgary Flames have gone from a bottom-third free agent destination to one of the best under Treliving
League wide view of the Flames has certainly improved, amazing what a little success can do. Now the trick is to maintain and build on that success.

Now we're talkin'
Colin Miller will be a solid blueliner in the league but they also have Derek Forbort as one of their better prospects too
They absolutely have to sign a d-man though - Drew Doughty, Alec Martinez, Jake Muzzin, Brayden McNabb, Matt Greene and Derek Forbort will be six of the seven or eight they carry, in all likelihood - if they sign someone like Johnny Oduya, this gives them a good mix of d-men again
Drew Doughty - Jake Muzzin
Johnny Oduya - Alec Martinez
Matt Greene - Brayden McNabb
Derek Forbort
Something of that nature
What's up with everyone being rational? Where's the fun in that?
