Wilson had nearly 1300 pro plate appearances in the minors over 4 years in the minors before becoming a regular in the majors.

Zunino just barely broke 1100, and the majority of those were forced at the MLB level because they called him up absurdly early because there was such a void at the C position.

It's the difference between a front office that knows what it's doing, and one that doesn't have a fucking clue.

Great call out... It's irritating watching this debacle... This FO reminds me of the Oakland Raiders FO... Raiders had a tendency to fall in love with those fast, speedy WO's... Jack Z tends to fall in love with the big boppers...
