As a senior citizen I keep all of my recommended vaccines up-to-date and I strongly believe in the annual high dosage flu shot for seniors. I've been blessed with great health and so far I've never spent even one night in a hospital for anything.
ok then. good. im 34 , but im in healthcare.

I just find it funny when ppl make comments like u did with lettuce..........

the fda says lettuce is bad so i dont eat it...........

the fda says get vaccines thats lies and BS, vaccines are bad for you

I don't buy any of this BS from health organizations. One week eggs are bad for us and the next week eggs are good for us. It's the same thing with coffee and the list goes on.

I cook almost all of my meat over real charcoal and I was told over 50 years ago that eating food cooked over real charcoal would give me cancer by some health organization. I've eaten food cooked over a boxcar load of real charcoal since then and I remain cancer free.

For me.........Oatmeal. i love oatmeal. with some protein powder. Good macros, goes perfect with the bodybulding lifestyle

Sugar free popsicles....again a nice little snack very few calories, when ur watching calories

Blue Diamond Brand natural Almonds., not the smoked, not the sea salt (although those are good when I'm drinking beer (but I rarely ever buy those)

I get the large bag at Walmart for like $12....pricey but they are the best. A little sweeter than the ones I get from Costco.

Something about the Cali dirt I guess, but I go thru a bag every couple of weeks.

Mushrooms. Any way they can be served. Saute'd, fried, grilled, etc. I love mushrooms.
Turtle soup
Chicken gizzards
Crappie/bream
Pickled pigs feet

I love all those foods, except the pickled pigs feet.
I've never actually had crappie, but if they taste like bream, then I'm on board.
I've never had fresh turtle soup, but what I've had out of a can was good.
Gopher tortoise is good, too. I would imagine it is somewhat similar to turtle.

I love romaine lettuce but since it continues to get bad health warnings from the FDA I've stayed away from it recently and gone to other types of lettuce for my salads.
You ever char it?

Me neither.....but I watched a show where the cut the head in half, brushed with olive oil and charred it. Might taste good, might not, but at least it would neutralize the shit particles that are sprayed on it while being farmed.

It's not so unusual anymore, but I have been a huge hummus fan for 30 years and eat it whenever I can.
Feels good on your dick, too, if you get the kind with no sesame seeds in it.

That makes sense but it just doesn't sound like something that would suit my taste.

You're right about the spray being put on the food we eat which is not a good thing.

I usually make oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, and craisins/raisins/strawberries/blueberries (whatever I have usually changes seasonally).
