A good radio voice can also work on television. Vin Scully is simulcast on both tv and radio for the Dodgers, and I listen to him on my way home most nights from work. I can sit down and watch him just as easily on tv.

Knowledge of the game, plus a good delivery trumps all imo.

Yeah, I didn't think of the simulcast possibility. I was just thinking aloud that no one would be better at doing the radio broadcasts.

It's really a shame that the Flyers have already clinched a playoff spot. They deserve to be somewhere around Florida in the standings right now.
