The broadcast law or whatever the hell it is says regional broadcasts not involving the local region's team gets blacked out, so I could never watch Flyers games even though I pay extra for CSN Philly. Now that they're playing the Penguins, my region's team, the rule is no longer is broken and CSN Philly should not be blacked out. And yet I'm starring at a fucking rainbow screen with that mono tone, which is probably an upgrade from the 2 earbleeders on FSN.
