Yeah, I'd be shocked if King and (especially) Smith last that long. It's amazing how volatile the drafts have been on that site. I've seen Voltz go early 1st on several attempts.

Your score is: 8548 (GRADE: A)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 15: Jared Goff, QB, California (A+)
Round 2 Pick 12:
Jaylon Smith, OLB/ILB, Notre Dame (A-)
Round 2 Pick 14:
Robert Nkemdiche, DT/DE, Ole Miss (A+)
Round 3 Pick 17 (BUF):
Tyler Boyd, WR, Pittsburgh (A+)
Round 4 Pick 18 (IND):
Rashard Higgins, WR, Colorado State (A+)
Round 4 Pick 19 (BUF):
Bryce Williams, TE, East Carolina (A)
Round 5 Pick 16 (IND):
Jack Allen, C, Michigan State (A)
Round 6 Pick 18 (TENN):
Roberto Aguayo, K, Florida State (B-)
Round 7 Pick 23 (MINN):
Cre'von LeBlanc, CB, Florida Atlantic (A+)

Guys like Smith and Nkemdiche really dropped, so I had to take that value (which unfortunately bumped C and TE farther down the draft and ended up not taking an OT). Didn't get an early WR, but Boyd and Higgins still bring a lot of talent.

For this mock, the Rams had the highest score in the draft.

Anyone??? How about this guy?

Dude looks awesome! But he is a lot like this guy.....

You know, success from the spread, out of the shotgun & using the high tempo systems from the college game.

A guy like this actually does makes sense.

Ran a prostyle offense from under center, both 3 and 5 step dropbacks.

You see, I'm not sure drafting another QB this year is the right thing to do unless we get into one of those BPA options.

And I just don't expect there to be one at the QB spot, but who knows?

Russel Wilson was the 6th QB taken in 2012 behind Luck, Griffin, Tannehill, Weeden & Osweiler.

Staying put with our QB project in Sean Mannion and letting it work for us might be the way to go. Another year on the bench learning to read pro defenses, working on his footwork and release time might do him well.

Although, if they do go the QB route, it should be someone with running ability IMO for some positional variety. Eager to see Wentz again next weekend. Vernon Adams looked awfully good in the Shrine game today, could be a day 3 option. I see a bit of Tyrod Taylor in him...

He certainly improved his draft stock shops.

2016 NFL Draft: Vernon Adams among Shrine Game prospects boosting stock

A knock we Rams' fans should consider is his durability. Watching him all season with the Ducks, he had some injuries that left the Ducks without a viable option. Did you see their Bowl game this year?

Who knows, had he stayed healthy all year, maybe the Ducks are one of the final four in the playoffs?

Certainly think they don't lose that Bowl game.

5'10" 190lbs and his style of play all contribute to durability concerns, and to be honest, I've had enough of the Rams starting QB out with injuries in the past 6 years to last a lifetime.

While there are a few very Good short Qb's, I would prefer one with some height? I believe Keenum is only 6'1" and with our oline getting bigger and as many short passes that we throw, I think a bigger QB makes more sense. I like Mannions size, but that's about all I like about him right now?

He should be inexpensive in terms of draft position, so maybe he's worth a late pick. He's listed all over the place in terms of size (5'11, 205 on CBS). Of course, I think Trevone Boykin (6'1, 205) is worth a late shot (or UDFA) as well; if he doesn't make it as a QB, convert him to a WR.

If Adams uses his athleticism like Taylor (move in the pocket to pass first, run as a last resort), he shouldn't take as many hits as some of the statues the Rams have had at QB.

Guys, the owner is not going to move this team into a 1.5 BILLION Dollar stadium and not have a winner. This must start with a QB. Now I don't want one to start next season, I just want one ready to take this team into the playoffs. Any one of the top 3 QBs in the draft can hold a clip board next season behind whomever and when time allows, take a few snaps. Mannion might be OK but hell, I haven't heard anything from the coaching staff or GM that says he is the next coming. I agree with retro on the center idea and the MLB. Allen or Voltz should be a Ram very quickly, middle of the offensive line is a weak spot at this time. Also Lil Animal is slowing, not completely useless but won't get faster as time flies by. I don't have a name as defenses have gone sort of hybred but a guy that plays through blocks is something Lil Animal used to do but now takes a side as the runner goes by. Just my thoughts.

True we need a qb, it just seems like the better talent is in other positions at the top of the draft while qb just doesn't seem worth a first round pick for a bench warmer/development guy

We have a bench warmer now in Mannion, in fact we have 3 guys who should be warming someone's bench. I do agree though that if a guys drops to us that is the talent that makes the club better, think about it but we are in need of a QB more than any other position for the Rams future.

There are a lot of ILBs on the market this year; maybe one could fit the bill? Rolando McClain, Mason Foster, Demario Davis, maybe Paul Worrilow?

I am all for a FA MLB as long as he is an upgrade. In today's NFL we might just need a two down MLB if the defense continues to get better. Like I said, I don't know enough about the MLB talent in the college system but Lil Animal is slowing and at some point the Rams will have to address that.
