As you can see, I did a few trades since we have plenty of holes to fill. Couldn't find any decent safeties when I picked, which was something I was hoping I could find.

Paxton Lynch might end up going in the 2nd or 3rd round. A lot of people are picking him apart for being a guy who gets most of his yardage off screens which is what they said about Geno Smith and Carr. His bowl game stat line against Auburn looked a lot like Nick Foles which isnt good at all.

Rams are going to have to work Free Agency somehow

He DEFINTELY dropped below Goff. Cook didn't do a lot to improve his standing either. I could see Prescott or Brissett being mid-round options for the Rams as mobile QB options. I missed Wentz' game.

I would take this right now. Doctson may drop too if TCU doesn't show up for their bowl gam.. But my guess is Hogan and Doctson will move up the board. Hogan in the 6th is a steal.

I would probably use that first 2nd rounder elsewhere (already have several young OG candidates), maybe something on the defensive side of the ball to mitigate any potential offseason losses (DE, LB, CB/S).

I believe Havenstein played with Voltz. A NFL stud Center in the making.

Every Mock Draft I have seen so far has us taking Laquon Treadwell from Ole Miss. Voltz is mentioned in the second round with one of the two second rounders we have.

Yeah I see that to. but no way the top WR is going to make it to 15. Be lucky to get the 3rd WR off the board. That's why I'm taking a beast ILB! So I don't even consider that an option.

One trade down in the 6th to add a pick. Kept re-starting the mock, as there were some strange picks being made that weren't realistic to me (Voltz and Doctson in the top 3? Elliott #1 overall?). Goff probably won't be there, but after three resets in a row, he still was and I went with it lol.

Your score is: 7772 (GRADE: A)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 15: Jared Goff, QB, California (A+)
Round 2 Pick 13: Michael Thomas, WR, Ohio State (A-)
Round 2 Pick 15: Dan Voltz, C, Wisconsin (A-)
Round 3 Pick 15: Tyler Matakevich, OLB/ILB, Temple (A)
Round 4 Pick 15: Nick Vannett, TE, Ohio State (A+)
Round 6 Pick 29 (CINN): Tyler Johnstone, OT, Oregon (A)
Round 7 Pick 13 (PHI): Taveze Calhoun, CB, Mississippi State (A+)

It doesn't matter anyways. If Treadwell is there at 15 when we select, that blind squirrel FO will trade down and take a DT or DE.

Traded down out of the first for 2 early 2nds and an early 3rd, another trade down in the 4th to pick up another 5th:

Your score is: 7477 (GRADE: A)

Your Picks:
Round 2 Pick 6 (BALT): Josh Doctson, WR, TCU (B+)
Round 2 Pick 8 (MIA): Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson (A)
Round 2 Pick 13: Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State (A)
Round 2 Pick 15: Dan Voltz, C, Wisconsin (A-)
Round 3 Pick 6 (BALT): Hunter Henry, TE, Arkansas (A)
Round 3 Pick 15: Tyler Matakevich, OLB/ILB, Temple (A)
Round 4 Pick 22 (HOU): Rashard Higgins, WR, Colorado State (A+)
Round 5 Pick 22 (K.C.): Tyler Johnstone, OT, Oregon (B-)
Round 6 Pick 15: Cre'von LeBlanc, CB, Florida Atlantic (A)

Missed a few OT targets, settled for Johnstone late. Not sold on Wentz, just tried a different mix (but with a lot of the same names, lol).

That is a LOT of trading. Fun to do on the simulator, but not very realistic. 17 rookies to add to an already young team?

There is so much variation on that site lately. Goff could go #2, then go #31 a few minutes later. Bizarre.

I know. I kept trading down just because there really wasn't anyone that I liked where I was picking, so figured I'd pick up a bunch of 2nd, 3rd and 4th round picks and got lucky at 31 as I had my choice between both Goff and Cook, so I chose Goff.
